If there were an Overthinking World Championship, I would’ve won it four years in a row. Then lost sleep wondering if I deserved the title.

I’m originally from France. In 2011, I came to the U.S. chasing the American Dream — and I caught it. Built and scaled a multi-figure business. Checked all the boxes. But behind the highlight reel, I felt stuck — like my brain was running the show and I was just watching my life happen in the background.

Eventually, I burned out. Fully. The kind of burnout where you question everything and can’t fake it anymore.

So at 37, I said “f*ck it.” Sold everything I owned. Left the U.S. with a carry-on and no real plan except one: understand how my brain works before it ruins the rest of my life.

I started writing. At first, it was just for myself — trying to figure out why smart, capable people (like me) could feel so damn lost. That writing turned into a weekly letter. And eventually, into this book.

Because let’s be honest: most self-help books are vague as hell. “Just be present.” “Think positive.” “Find your passion.” Thanks for nothing.

I didn’t need more feel-good quotes. I needed clarity. And real tools. So I built them.
